The service was okay overall, but I felt like the price was kinda high for what you actually get.

"Polite tech, but the visit felt a little rushed"
Not gonna lie, the technician was nice and respectful when he came by. He seemed professional, explained the basic stuff, and left everything clean, which I definitely appreciated.
The only thing was that the whole appointment felt a bit rushed, and I had to ask a couple of questions more than once. It wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average overall.

I was hoping they’d sort out my issue, especially because a friend had told me they had a decent experience before. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case for me. My problem never really got resolved, and the follow-up was pretty much nonexistent.

"Install was okay, but felt a bit rushed"
The TV did get mounted, so that part was fine, but the whole thing felt a little rushed. I noticed the wires were left looking kind of messy, and I wish they had taken a bit more time to clean it up.

"Appointment kept getting pushed back"
The scheduling was the most frustrating part of the whole experience. My appointment time kept getting pushed back, and I ended up sitting around way longer than I planned.
I totally understand that delays happen, but there were barely any clear updates. At some point I was just thinking, give me a break, at least let me know what’s going on.
It really felt like my time wasn’t being respected. Because of that, I wouldn’t book again
